Great Kindness Challenge of 2021

This year we are showing and modeling kindness in each homeroom and we will “adopt” another homeroom and do acts of kindness for that class. Examples of acts of kindness are, but not limited

Ideas for your adopted class:

• Write kind notes to your adopted class
• Donate a book to their class
• Make/Draw pictures
• Make a video

Ideas for you own classroom

• Gratitude Jar – practice gratitude by creating a classroom gratitude jar. Ask students to write down their gratitude statements and add to the jar
• Heart Photo – Take a photo of your students creating a heart
• Joy Journal – Help students create their own Joy Journals where they list “3 Good Things” everyday.
