Hats off to Reading and Read for a Better Life
On September 11th Conroe ISD Librarians are teaming up with the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion to celebrate Hats off to Reading. This reading celebration will beginning at 5:30 p.m., the annual Hats Off to Reading Festival will take place to celebrate Conroe ISD’s Read for a Better Life Initiative. Children will participate in super hero themed activities and leave with a special book. Following the festival at 7:30, the Houston Symphony will perform A Symphony of Heroes in honor of the real superheroes we meet every day.

Monday, September 16th – Hats Off to Reading – hats
Tuesday, September 17th – Super Heroes Read, Too – capes or tees
Wednesday, September 18th – no special dress, special guest readers
Thursday, September 19th – Team Up and Read – favorite team shirt and read with a buddy
Friday, September 20th – Cuddle Up With a Great Book – PJs
